At Nude Food, we are committed to promote & educate healthy, nutrient-dense & tasty live food eating. Un-cooking workshop is a fun channel for us to fulfill this mission.
The interactive workshop includes live food preparation demonstration, the health benefit and usage of various ingredients, recipe sharing & food tasting. We encourage active participation and exchange of ideas. We want the participants to bring home the essential knowledge for them to incorporate live food into their daily lives.
