Organic Raw Chocolate
All chocolate starts out as Raw Cacao beans. Yet, the delicate, complex flavor of the cacao bean is destroyed during processing, cooking & roasting. By using raw cacao, the aroma, the amazing taste & the original healthy cacao butter containing all the original essential fatty acids are maintained in our dishes.
Organic Natural Sweetener
Agave Nectar is a natural caloric sweetener obtained from the Blue Agave plant. It composes of 90% fructose and 10% glucose. Due to its low glicemic index, it does not over stimulate the production of insulin. It can be most useful for people who are diabetic, have insulin resistance or are simply watching their carbohydrate intake.
